Our service offers a thorough inspection and testing of your installation. If any issues are identified we will document them in a detailed report and include photographic evidence, so you can clearly understand the problems at hand. Once the inspection is complete, you will receive an electronic version of the report, which will encompass all observations and images for your review.

During our inspection, we will carefully remove sockets, light switches, fused spurs, downlighters, and other components to ensure that all connections are secure and free from thermal damage. Our first step will be to conduct a walkthrough of your property to discuss any limitations, such as areas or circuits that may be inaccessible. After initial assessment, we can determine the appropriate level of sampling; typically, we check 20% of each circuit. However, if there is no prior documentation, regulations require us to inspect every outlet and termination, which may extend the duration of our visit and the overall cost of the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR
